How to get Rope Gun in Sons of the Forest
First, head to the cave on the annotated map located to the west of the snowy mountains near a lake. Proceed through the cave until you reach a large room filled with cave cannibals. Take the left path to find a new pathway blocked by a mutant. Grab the time bomb to the right of the blocked passage and use it to clear the way.
Continue through the cave until you reach the first fork. Take the right path to get the rope gun. At the second fork, the left path leads to a dead end with some useful materials, while the right path leads to the rope gun.
Follow the right path until you reach a cliff with a briefcase holding the rope gun. Grab it and use it on the zipline to exit the cave.
