Discover all 15 Collectible Locations in Resident Evil 4 Remake Chapter 2 with this comprehensive walkthrough. Follow the chronological order to obtain everything necessary for trophies, achievements, and 100% completion, including Treasures, Castellans, Merchant Requests, Recipes, Weapons, Weapon Parts, Chapter-Specific Trophies & Achievements.
All Collectibles, except Treasures, will carry over into New Game Plus, allowing you to retrieve any missing items. However, all Treasures must be collected in a single playthrough to unlock their corresponding trophies. Please note that some collectibles may only be accessed during later chapters when certain key items are obtained.
You can track your Collectible Progress in the Challenges Menu, while Treasure Progress is displayed on the world map after purchasing the treasure map from the merchant. To avoid missing out on any items, we strongly recommend collecting everything as early as possible, as certain areas become inaccessible as you progress through the story.

#1 Sapphire (Treasure)
Once you receive a Parry tutorial in the Abandoned Factory, the collectible can be found in the second oven on the left.
#2 Pest Control (Merchant Request)
The first Merchant is located nearby. Simply return to the factory you just exited and eliminate the 3 rats in the area – one can be found in the destroyed hallway on the right, while the other two are in the central room where the Parry tutorial was held. After dealing with the rats, head back to the Merchant.
#3 Village (Treasure Map)
You can purchase the Treasure Map from the Merchant under the “Trade” section for 1 Spinel. This handy item will display the locations of all the remaining Village Treasures on your map, making them much easier to find.
#4 Ruby (Treasure)
Following your encounter with the first Merchant, you will enter an enemy-infested region known as the “Valley.” To find the treasure, head to the northernmost part of this area, uphill, and open the chest.
#5 Small Key (Key Item)
In the region following the Merchant, known as the “Valley,” a significant number of enemies will appear. The collectible can be found in a southern house, inside a small box.
#6 Hexagonal Emblem (Key Item)
In the southern portion of the “Valley” area, proceed upstairs after clearing out the enemies to locate the collectible on the side of the weather vane. Once obtained, you can insert it into the gate located next to the Merchant, but remember to rotate the emblem so that the phoenix is facing the wall.
#7 Elegant Mask (Treasure)
To find the next set of collectibles, return to the Merchant and enter the factory where you previously retrieved your equipment. Once inside, use the Small Key on the locked drawer located behind the gate.
#8 Sapphire (Treasure)
After using the Hexagonal Emblem on the gate, proceed through it and crouch under the boxes to the left. At the end of the path, you’ll find a treasure chest containing the Sapphire.
#9 Castellan 2
From the previous location, crouch back under the boxes, then head upstairs to a wooded area and enter the first hut on the left. Inside, shoot the figurine to collect Castellan 2.
#10 Sapphire (Treasure)
Return to the same area as before and look for a silver bell hanging from a tree in the middle. Shoot it down and pick up the treasure from the ground.
#11 Pearl Pendant (Treasure)
Also in the same area, look for a well on the left side. Shoot the stick behind the well first so that the treasure doesn’t get dirty when it falls down. Then shoot the silver bell hanging from the well to make the treasure safely land on the lid.
#12 Ruby (Treasure)
In the next house you enter, check the drawer in the entry hallway downstairs to find the Ruby.
#13 Small Key (Key Item)
In the same house, find the Small Key in the corner of the main room downstairs.
#14 Crystal Marble (Key Item)
Open the wardrobe downstairs and use the combination Crops – Pig – Baby from left to right to access it. With the Crystal Marble in hand, head upstairs and insert it into the door, ensuring that the shape of the little white dots in the marble lines up perfectly with the figure behind it.
#15 Insignia Key (Key Item)
Obtain it from the locker behind the door to finish the chapter. Note that an Emerald is dropped by the chainsaw-wielding enemy that spawns after obtaining the previous two treasures, but it does not count as a collectible and is not required for anything.
